X Real Estate Group - Standard Operating Procedure

 New York Real Estate Standard Operating Procedures
Pursuant to New York State law, X Real Estate Group, LLC is required to publish its Standard Operating Procedures, which detail prerequisites that all prospective buyers (“Prospective Buyers”) and co-broker agents must meet before receiving services or conducting tours of listings through X Real Estate Group, LLC. These procedures are applied uniformly to any Prospective Buyer or co-broker agent.

Prospective Buyer Identification

X Real Estate Group, LLC requires that all Prospective Buyers provide identification prior to working with an agent or conducting a tour of a property. Proof of identification may include, but is not limited to, a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued identification card. Co-broker agents representing buyers may also be required to submit identification verification for their clients before tours are scheduled.

Buyer Representation Agreement

X Real Estate Group, LLC requires that Prospective Buyers either:

  1. Sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement to work directly with an agent at X Real Estate Group, LLC; or
  2. Be represented by a licensed co-broker agent who has submitted an exclusive buyer representation agreement for their client.

This measure helps ensure that all buyers are prepared to move forward seriously and have dedicated representation.

Prospective Buyer Evidence of Pre-Approval

X Real Estate Group, LLC requires that all Prospective Buyers provide proof of financial qualification before conducting property tours. This may include, but is not limited to:

  1. Confirmation of a loan or mortgage pre-approval; or
  2. Evidence of sufficient funds for cash offers.

These requirements are mandatory to confirm the buyer’s ability to proceed with a purchase and to streamline the process for all parties involved.

Co-Broker Requirements

Co-broker agents seeking to schedule property tours on behalf of their clients must provide all required documentation for their clients, including identification, buyer representation agreements, and evidence of financial qualification, prior to scheduling a tour.

These procedures ensure a controlled, qualified, and productive environment for all involved parties and maintain the integrity of the process established by X Real Estate Group, LLC.
