The X Council is a private, invitation-only advisory coalition composed of some of the most experienced and accomplished real estate professionals across the New York metropolitan area. Formed as an extension of X Real Estate Group’s commitment to custom, goal-driven advisory, the Council exists to ensure that every client engagement benefits from deep, localized expertise and multiple strategic perspectives.
Real estate is a constantly evolving business, shaped by shifting market cycles, regulatory environments, and localized dynamics that cannot be fully captured by any single viewpoint. Recognizing this, X established The X Council as a supplemental intelligence and advisory layer—bringing together seasoned owners, operators, and market specialists who have built and executed at scale across commercial, residential, and lending disciplines.
Council members serve as privatized advisors to X Real Estate Group and are engaged across a range of strategic functions. These include assisting with underwriting and valuation within their specific market niches, producing market scope analyses that identify emerging areas and off-market opportunities, and providing direct insight into the decision-making frameworks they use to evaluate investments and structure real estate strategies. This access allows X to incorporate real-world operator thinking into every advisory process.
