Real Estate is a constantly changing, endlessly evolving business that is nearly impossible to know everything. That's why we formed The X Council, a team of highly skilled and highly successful real estate owners throughout the business.

These individuals are some of the largest and most successful players in the commercial, residential & lending markets that serve as privatized advisory consultants to X Real Estate and perform a variety of duties that range from assisting with the underwriting and valuation of properties in their local niche areas, to conducting market scope reports that highlight upcoming areas and off market opportunities, to offering a unseen look into the though process of how they analyze investments and real estate strategies. 

The X Council is here specifically to offer a perspective other than ours on your real estate aspirations. We want multiple eyes and ears on our side to offer a multitude of angles and perspectives to be able to cater and pivot to what best fits  you.

We have broken down the Council into 7 Quarters.

Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester & New Jersey. 

Each council member is responsible for coordinating, leveraging and executing  their knowledge, experience and relationships to help each client we service.
