Louis Peter Cotrone is the Principal Founder, 

Chief Executive Officer and

 President of Sales & Real Estate Lending 

at X Real Estate Group.

 Prior to founding X Real Estate Group, Louis was a Director of Sales at former Massey Knakal founder and 2016 Mayoral Candidate Paul Massey's new firm B6 Real Estate Advisors where he focused on all commercial property types in The Queens Market, evaluating over $150,000,000 worth of real estate during his time there.

In 2019 

Louis exclusively originated, marketed, negotiated and successfully closed $24,180,000 in Commercial Property Sales comprised of 50,000 Square Feet / 150,000 Buildable Square Feet for Paul Massey and B6 Real Estate Advisors. 

During his time at B6, the firm closed over $250 Million in transactions.

Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Cotrone enjoyed a successful Division 1 Scholarship career at Marist University and a Professional football career in Italy. There, he captained the Italian National Team, lead them to the first European Championship appearance in 35 years, and earned recognition as one of the Top 50 American Footballers in Europe.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Mr. Cotrone attended Holy Trinity High School where he Captained the Varsity Football Team as well as lettering on the Baseball and Basketball Teams, winning the 2010 Long Island Baseball Championship. He was recognized as one of the top football players in New York State.

Louis got involved in real estate at a young age, due to his father’s interests in real estate investment & development.

Graduating from Marist University iwith a degree in Communications, Mr. Cotrone spends his time either on the football field coaching youth or assisting those in need through various forms of community service. 

He is also fluent in Italian and Spanish holding a Dual Citizenship in Italy.

 Nicholas Pititto is the Chief Financial Advisor and

Director of Strategic Growth Operations

 X Real Estate Group.

Nick perfectly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen essential for assisting clients in the everchanging dynamic New York commercial real estate market. His journey into real estate began in the bustling environment of Long Island, where he absorbed the fundamentals of real estate management from his father. This formative experience, combined with his competitive nature as captain of both varsity football and wrestling teams, forged Nick's commitment to excellence and leadership.

 He continued his athletic career by playing Division 1 Football at Marist University, while earning a degree in business.

 Following a successful career at Marist, Nick continued to refine his expertise with specialized coursework aimed at mastering commercial real estate investments, particularly in multifamily properties. 

His hands-on approach has seen him navigate through complex transactions, property management, and development projects with unwavering precision. Alongside his real estate ventures,

Nick's role at X is pivotal in driving strategic growth and operational success. His keen insight into market dynamics and his nuanced understanding of client needs make him an indispensable resource for property owners looking to capitalize on market opportunities.

Apart from his career in commercial real estate, Nick has honed his skills in financial planning, building a robust practice with Prudential Financial from the ground up, a testament to his strategic thinking and client-focused approach throughout all facets of business. 

 His dedication to continuous learning and professional development ensures that he remains at the forefront of industry advancements, ready to guide clients through the intricacies of real estate investment and financial management.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys traveling, hunting, motocross biking & sailing, as well as giving back to the community through multiple avenues of service.

Trevor Sterry is a dynamic real estate professional serving as a Director at X Real Estate Group. He graduated from Marist University in the fall of 2024 with a degree in Communications, where he also excelled as a wide receiver on Marist’s Division I football team. 

Growing up in Connecticut in a family deeply involved in real estate, Trevor developed an early passion for the industry. Since joining X Real Estate Group in early 2024, he has taken great strides in his professional development, quickly making an impact through his tenacity, drive, and strong people skills.

 He has immersed himself in all aspects of the business, from client outreach to assisting in the development of proprietary systems, continuously refining his expertise in the commercial real estate sector.

Trevor’s keen attention to detail, resilience, and proactive approach make him a valuable asset to the team, qualities he honed on the football field and now applies in the fast-paced commercial real estate market. 

As he grows within the industry, he has the potential to become a major force in commercial real estate, leveraging his competitive nature, strategic mindset, and ability to build strong relationships.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys golfing, staying active, watching sports, and participating in community service initiatives. He remains committed to growth in his career and to making a positive impact both professionally and personally, carrying forward the dedication and team spirit that defined his collegiate success.

Suraj Fong is an accomplished student-athlete at Marist College, poised to graduate in 2026. A native of the Bronx, New York, he is a cornerback for the Marist Red Foxes Division I football team, where he is known for his dedication, athleticism, and defensive prowess on the field.

In the classroom, Suraj has distinguished himself through academic excellence. He is a consistent Dean’s List student and was named to the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll for his strong scholastic performance. He balances the demands of athletics and academics while actively giving back to his community and campus.

Suraj contributes to The Matthew Wallace Foundation in his hometown and is an involved member of Marist’s Black Student-Athlete Alliance, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to inclusivity off the field. This well-rounded engagement reflects Suraj’s passion for making a difference beyond sports.

With his combination of athletic talent, academic achievement, and community involvement, Suraj Fong exemplifies the next generation of leaders. He aspires to carry his discipline and team-first mindset into a successful future, both on and off the field.

Dyvante Terrelonge, a native of Clifton Park, New York, is a dedicated student-athlete at Marist University, set to graduate in the spring of 2025 with a degree in Communications. As a wide receiver for the Marist Red Foxes Division I football team, he has honed the skills of discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities that seamlessly translate into his aspirations in commercial real estate.

Growing up, Dyvante was guided by his father, who has been a mentor to him in the industry, instilling in him a deep appreciation for real estate and the value of smart investments. His background in Communications gives him a strong understanding of strategic marketing and relationship-building—both critical in navigating deals, identifying opportunities, and helping clients find the perfect property.

Dyvante brings a competitive mindset and relentless work ethic to every endeavor. 

Whether on the field or in business, he thrives in high-pressure situations and embraces challenges with confidence. As he prepares to transition into the real estate industry, he is eager to apply his skills, drive, and dedication to building a successful career.
